Upgrade stereo info for a 2010 S-line wanted.

My 2010 tfsi S-line doesn?t have bluetooth or sat nav. What options are there, genuine or non? It has the Concert stereo set up. I?ve seen a few bits of stuff on the web and ebay etc, but some info from someone who has gone through this would be brilliant
